I'm very slightly interested in the Devonport block, being a former collector of orchids and other plants for the Tasmanian Herbarium and about to retire. Do you have any further detail on the botany, ecology etc that you can share on a public or confidential basis? Also, what about any downside, e.g. mosquito fauna?? This is only a very tentative expression of interest.
